925 Sterling Silver Heart Surround Charm - suitable for ashes, hair, breastmilk & floral inclusions. 

If requesting breastmilk or florals please select N/A under the colour option - the colour is determined by the florals/breastmilk will be white.

All orders are presented in a branded Inlustris Resin box complete with care card and polishing cloth.     Necklaces are provided with an 18inch chain as standard.

Turn around time is 2-3 months FROM RECEIPT OF INCLUSIONS - please send them in a timely manner.

All inclusion customers will receive an inclusion kit. If the inclusions are being returned via the postal system I am not responsible for how they arrive - I will always recommend a tracked service, adding ‘fragile’ to the package should ensure they arrive with minimal damage.

If your inclusion are white or blonde hair 95% of the time it will go transparent - up close you will see the hair but it may not be as obvious as darker hair would be.

When working with ashes I select the ashes I think will look most appropriate & suit the piece best - these are often the white or lighter coloured ashes. However, if there are none/minimal lighter coloured ashes in the inclusion kit I will use what is provided - this may impact the colouring & final look of the piece.

If flowers are being sent via the postal system I am not responsible for how they arrive I will always recommend special delivery to allow them to arrive quickly - adding ‘fragile’ to the package should ensure they arrive with minimal damage.

Flowers are required to be dried before they are encased in resin to stop them rotting - the drying process may alter the colours of your flowers meaning they may look different than how they did when fresh.

Not all flowers are suitable for resin preservation so not all parts of bouquets will be added - I carefully select the most appropriate flowers.

95% of the time white flowers will turn cream during the drying process - they still look incredibly beautiful!

As with all handmade items there are risks of imperfections - for resin art this tends to in the form of bubbles or small indents - i will not send items in which the imperfection ruins the look of the piece.
